Our Inspiration
it all started because of a special little girl
Our inspiration is our sweet and beautiful Ellie who was diagnosed with a Grade IV Glioblastoma brain tumor just shy of 11 months old. Ellie’s radiant and contagious smile hasn’t faded throughout her journey and every obstacle she has had to overcome – including dozens of scans, multiple surgeries, radiation, and various chemotherapy regimens. Ellie’s approach to conquering her challenges – smiling every step of the way – has served as an inspiration for so many.
The Ellie Ruby Foundation was created in the merit of a complete recovery for our princess warrior. We hope that our efforts will provide children and their families the ability to approach their situation just like Ellie – with a smile and a positive attitude.
