I’m Julie Zach and I’m excited to be running the 2025 TCS NYC Marathon with the Ellie Ruby Foundation for my first 26.2!
The Ellie Ruby Foundation has a mission to bring smiles and support to families battling pediatric cancer. After being diagnosed with brain cancer just before her first birthday, Ellie began her brave battle. She has fought through countless surgeries and treatments – all with a smile on her face. Her fight and determination inspired the foundation, and are inspiring me to take on the marathon.
I’m excited to be fundraising for the Ellie Ruby Foundation and to keep the smiles going through (hopefully most of) the 26.2 in honor of Ellie!
