I am deeply honored to be running this year’s NYC Marathon in support of The Ellie Ruby Foundation. Ellie and her family have touched my heart and I feel privileged to take part in raising awareness for infantile brain cancer and support future medical research in this field.

When my wife and I arrived in NYC, Ellie’s family immediately showed us so much kindness and encouragement. Brittany and Jon, despite enduring the most difficult period of their lives, have dedicated themselves to caring for others by establishing The Ellie Ruby Foundation. The Foundation seeks to enhance currently-underfunded scientific research on infantile brain cancer and aid other families who endure this life-altering challenge.
